FREE LOCAL PICK UP: If you would like to collect your order from our shop in Chemainus PICK-UP is FREE.
Please select this option at check-out and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Delivery

• • • Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped 1-3 days after received
    • Packages are tracked via Canada Post Expedited service.
      Depending on your location, your order will generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Rates

• • • Shipping within Canada on orders under $200 = $15.00
    • Shipping within Canada on orders over $200 (before tax) = FREE
    • For international shipping please call or email us for a shipping quote, we would be delighted to help.

Return policy

• • Most items on our website can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the purchase date (excluding shipping costs). We do not offer refunds.
  • Please note: Personal care products (such as lotion and soap), lingerie, and sale items— including items purchased using a coupon code — are non-returnable.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honour returns on lost parcels.
  • If you need to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order information, as well as the reason for the return, and we will do our very best to assist you!
